Slow and arduous
I was trying to book a free online event about The Elizabeth Tower renovations. The link on the UK parliament website didn't work. I tried again and again. I eventually, after 2+ hours managed to access a ticket by going directly to the See Tickets website but it still took AGES. It was an arduous and slow experience.
